Captain's Log #2015: New Year Rhapsody III

Hello again, everybody. And Happy Belated New Years! I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything lately. Though now, I do some things that I can talk about and news about the future. Anyway, let's get started. To start things off with the Total Drama Halloween 2, I'm putting it on a long hiatus. It's not just because of my long ongoing saga of losing more interest of TD everyday. For one, I've passed the time that I should have finished it. Two, I feel like I need more practice with my drawing tablet. I will try to at least work on it again before or during the summer to be safe. Either way, just keep an eye out for it. Speaking of TD, Carrie and Devin from Ridonculous Race were revealed few days ago. I remember hearing about Carrie months ago, but Devin is completely new to me. I don't have any strong opinions of these characters yet. So, I'll just wait to watch it before I do. Thinking of things that I have no strong opinions on, let's talk about the Legend of Korra finale. Sigh, I never felt less for a series finale which is pretty new feeling to me. With a series finale, I either feel satisfied or feel that it could have ended better. Here I felt...indifferent. Not sad, happy, or mad, just pure indifference. In my opinion, Season 1 was a mess and Season 2 tried to hard which left season 3 as the only season that I can honestly say I enjoyed. Season 4 started off well then ended the entire series on a note that I could easily shrug off. I know this isn't the most popular opinion on Korra ever, but I just don't have a big opinion of it. Anyway, let's move to video games. I sadly didn't get the games that I was hoping to get before the end of December. However, I'm currently playing the Special Demo of Pokemon OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire which I like so far. Apparently, it was re-released to the public on December 27, and I'm just now knowing this. Well, better to know now than later. If you haven't got ORAS yet, it is good practice as well as you can get a Glalie with Mega Stone that you can send to the full game. Naruto Storm 4 was announce late last month, and will be playable on the PS4, Xbone, and PC/Steam. I don't own a either of these consoles yet, and my laptop isn't as strong as I believe it is adding that I don't have a Steam account. Meaning, I might have to wait and see if I will ever get it. Also, Namco Bandai did a live stream showing off some of Dragon Ball Xenoverse. If you missed it, you can watch here. It has bunch off info on the game. So, check it out if your curious. For last, I will want speak up about #GamerGate again. In the Pro-GG side, things started to pick up again right after the holidays. Some antiGGs'/"Journalists'" shady past and connects are being dug up and spread. I want to say whom, but I might get attacked. So, I'll leave it to you to do the research because I want people come to their own conclusions about it. Warning: it'll be so much wrong and hypocritical stuff that you'll be both laughing and want to punch something. Also, remember if you want more info on GamerGate go to: gamergate.me/ Before I go, I want to say that I'm planning on shutting down my Patreon account. Not only because I wasn't making anything from it, but some aGGros were using it for their silencing campaign. Others made Patreon change some rules which killed business for some people and almost took out a certain site. So, keeping it up is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. However, I'm planning on keeping it up a few more days before I get rid of it. Make it be known, I'm definitely done with Patreon. Well, I believe that's it for now. So, when anything else come up.
